How carrier billing works

Mobio+ is billed to your Vodacom account via Add to Bill. No card required. Here is what to expect.

Vodacom Add to Bill

Payment is made using Vodacom Add to Bill. The charge goes to your Vodacom account, so there is nothing to enter but your number.

1st day free

Your 1st day is free. After the free period, Mobio+ renews daily at R15/day until cancelled.

No card payment

No credit or debit card is required at any point. Billing is handled entirely by Vodacom.

Cancel anytime

Stop your subscription whenever you like by dialling *135*997# from your Vodacom phone, or by emailing support.

Cancelling your subscription

You can stop your subscription at any time, using any of these methods:

  • By phone (Vodacom): Dial *135*997# from your Vodacom phone and follow the prompts to manage your content services.
  • By email: Email help@mobio-plus.com and our team will cancel for you.
